Silvana is a senior executive, investor, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in strategic and investor relations, leading partnerships across fintech, blockchain, digital assets, marketing, and hospitality. She has built and scaled businesses across three continents, including founding TBWA Bulgaria (later acquired by Omnicom Group) and launching nonprofits and a social enterprise in New York.

Passionate about startups and venture building, Silvana has been involved in numerous early-stage companies, helping entrepreneurs navigate growth and innovation. She has also held leadership roles in venture capital and incubation, serving as a manager at Qi Ventures, a VC firm in NYC, and as a partner at Pop Up Ventures, a venture incubator supporting emerging businesses.

As Managing Director & Head of Strategic Relations at Diamond Standard, she leads global partnerships for the world’s first regulator-approved diamond commodity, enabling investors to access a $1.2 trillion natural resource through blockchain tokenization. She is also the Founder & Chair of the Tokenized Commodities Council, driving education and sustainable practices in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.

Silvana has a proven track record of launching innovative products, scaling startups, and fostering industry-wide collaboration. She holds dual U.S. and EU citizenship and specializes in strategic partnerships, venture growth, blockchain, investment innovation, and startup advisory.
