With over 20 years of experience in financial and transaction services, Norbert has built a robust expertise in managing complex financial operations across Central Eastern Europe and the South Pacific.

Throughout his career, he has worked in a wide range of industries, consistently focusing on team leadership, investment management, and financial strategy. “True success is not only based on technical expertise but also on honesty, trust, and strong communication with his team and stakeholders” — principles that have guided him throughout his professional journey.

Earlier in his career, Norbert led advisory teams at EY and Mazars in Hungary, delivering services in due diligence, M&A, valuation, and business modeling. He played a key role in driving business development across Central Eastern Europe and positioning Mazars as a leading advisor in the transaction support market. Additionally, as CFO at the Hungarian Power Exchange, he contributed to its transformation into a liquid and internationally recognized regulated market, applying his expertise in fundraising, operation and financial management to enhance its trading systems and strengthen its position in the regional energy market.

In his most recent role as Co-CEO at MTSL in Papua New Guinea, Norbert led the restructuring of the company and managed the growth of the Pacific Balanced Fund, one of the largest public funds in the country, achieving over 20% growth by successfully negotiating and executing key transactions.

Additionally, he also focuses on angel investments and supporting startups providing strategic guidance to the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
