Matthias Sziraczki is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist with a proven track record of building and scaling ventures across multiple industries. At just 26 years old, he raised $6 million for his first startup. Over the past decade, he has founded and led three companies, built a 100+ employee international business group, and expanded businesses into the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

However, during this period, Matthias faced burnout, which led him to reevaluate the traditional business structures he had been operating in. Realizing that business success often comes at the expense of personal well-being, he committed himself to researching how business, health, and social impact could be integrated into a sustainable model. 

His research took him deep into the social business ecosystem, including hands-on experience in India, where he experimented with launching social impact-driven ventures. As a result of these insights, he decided to create a Venture Studio where he could actively build and test projects that embody these principles in real-world business environments.

Since 2021, he has been actively involved in the Web3 space as an investor and has served as an external advisor to multiple blockchain and AI projects. He chose this industry because he believes that the transition from Web2 to Web3 will be one of the most significant societal shifts in the coming years. 

The Venture Studio serves as an experimental hub, testing innovative solutions that blend business, social impact, and health-driven outcomes. Matthias and his team do not claim to have all the answers, but they are committed to actively exploring these ideas and sharing their findings with the world to inspire others to join the movement.
