Boris is a seasoned leader in the Web3 and finance sectors, bringing over a decade of experience at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain innovation.

Since entering the crypto space in 2018, Boris spent six impactful years at Ripple, where he spearheaded the RLUSD stablecoin initiative and drove the growth of XRP liquidity.

Currently, he leads institutional partnerships at Babylon, leveraging his deep expertise to foster collaboration and adoption in the blockchain ecosystem.

Before transitioning to crypto, Boris honed his financial acumen during seven years in Sales & Trading and Investment Banking at JP Morgan and MUFG.

A CFA charterholder, Boris also holds an MBA from Wharton Business School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute.
